source:<www.unaidspcbngo.org>
The ANC women's league has confirmed that it will ensure that it makes it their responsibility that prostitution is decriminalised in SA, this was during one of their meetings in Mangaung. the were few major arguments that the league has put up for the nation to consider the decriminalising of prostitution.

  • Inequality
the were documentation which were brought forward one which has the statistics of  employment rates in SA, the league believes that women are still not treated equally in the corporate world, hence there is 28% of unemployed women compared to 22.5% among men in SA. • Public health
The league has also argued that decriminalising prostitution is of desirable of public health, as it will make it easier for the sex workers to come to the heath facilities to seek things such as vct, condoms, family planning and so fourth, without being judged or hand to police, another one is the health safety of the sex workers, according to a study conducted by Sweat, the sex worker education and advocacy,Task group, stated that 12% of the cape town sex workers reported having been raped by police officers.

after a report by census which showed that many people who live in SA are christian, will such act be approved by the society with their believes such as "sex before mirage is a sin" 'your body is the temple of god". Are women rights well practised?

  1. Decriminalisation of prostitution is good as this will create disclose to the sex workers, this will bridge access to information such as family planing and sex safety, i think their rights and voices will be considered, because now they face circumstnces for example give mens what they want after that they dispear without paying. the Government will also put some taxes to them
